Ladies Section

At present Louth has three ladies teams. The 1st Team is maintaining it's place in the East Women's League Division 2NW, whilst the 2nd and 3rd teams play in the Lincolnshire League.

All matches are played on a Saturday and at present the 1st Team travel as far away as Cambridge, St. Neots, Peterborough, Sudbury as well as playing nearer home against Long Sutton and newly promoted Horncastle, for example. The 2nd and 3rd teams play their matches within the boundaries of Lincolnshire, the furthest being Long Sutton and Spalding.

Training takes place on a Monday evening

All the teams are made up of players of varying ages and experience. The 3rd team is an excellent grooming ground for the step up into senior hockey. Players are allowed to play as soon as they have reached the age of 13.

Besides the Saturday leagues a lot of the girls and ladies enjoy the opportunity to play in the Mixed Team and often train with the Youths and Men on a Thursday evening too.
